Key responsibilities:

• Learn campaign structure, strategy, messaging, and coalition-building techniques
• Engage in personal story training to enhance persuasive communication with voters
• Network with senior political operatives and campaign leadership for future job opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Young Democrats between the ages of 18-29
• Seeking full-time or part-time employment from now until November 2026
• Open to applicants from any US state, with a preference for those willing to relocate to battleground districts
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• No previous political experience required, but a commitment to learning is essential
