Polling Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end polling process, the full-time Polling Manager will prepare and program survey questionnaires, pull samples, and ensure data quality while collaborating closely with project teams and the Director of Polling, with the option to work remotely or from Washington D.C.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement polling solutions in collaboration with project teams
• Manage the polling process, including programming surveys, monitoring fieldwork, and weighting results
• Prepare client deliverables such as toplines and crosstabs while coordinating with team members on analytics surveys

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in survey data
• Experience in the polling field is highly desirable
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, R, and/or Python
• Strong ability to analyze data and work with spreadsheets
• Detail-oriented with a passion for data-driven solutions
