Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pollution Claims Adjuster III to manage complex environmental liability claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex legacy and long-tail Pollution and Environmental liability claims
• Evaluate potential claim exposures and negotiate resolutions while overseeing site cleanup and litigation activities
• Provide guidance and oversight to defense counsel and analyze coverage issues to make complex decisions

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling litigated and non-litigated Pollution or Environmental claims
• Strong technical background in identifying coverage issues and interpreting liability policies
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a regulated environment
• Hold a college degree (J.D. preferred) or possess relevant work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future immigration sponsorship
