Pollution Claims Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Adjuster III, fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex legacy and long-tail Pollution and Environmental liability claims
• Evaluate potential claim exposures and negotiate claim resolutions
• Oversee defense counsel, consultants, and experts in alignment with agreed strategies

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience handling litigated and non-litigated Pollution or Environmental claims
• Strong technical background in identifying coverage issues and interpreting policies
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines
• Hold a college degree (J.D. Preferred) or relevant work experience
• Possess required state licenses or able to obtain them
