Job Summary
To support a dedicated portfolio of existing builder accounts, the full-time Pool Inside Sales Account Manager will act as the primary remote point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing smaller builder accounts to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead a value-driven sales process by conducting discovery calls to understand dealer needs and presenting tailored product solutions
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities, provide accurate sales forecasts, and meet or exceed sales quotas through strong dealer relationships
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or account executive role with full sales cycle responsibility, preferably in the pool or related industry
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing complex deal cycles
- Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce, and MS Office products
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport in a remote environment
