Population Health Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing health system, the full-time Population Health Analyst will develop analyses, create impactful dashboards, and manage multiple projects remotely to enhance performance and identify opportunities for patient interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop analyses to monitor performance and identify key drivers and opportunities
• Create ongoing reports and dashboards to communicate performance to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing time and resources to meet deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, biology, biostatistics, data science, statistics, or computer science; Master's degree preferred
• Two to three years of experience in data analytics with large data sets
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Excel; experience with Tableau for dashboard development
• Familiarity with healthcare data and quality measures such as HEDIS and CMS measures preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on complex analyses
