A company is looking for a Population Health Customer Analytics Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial and clinical scenarios to support decision-making and improve operations
• Conduct extensive analysis of cost and utilization data to support population health initiatives
• Lead customer analytics projects, coordinating data analysis, report design, and presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years leading complex projects
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare
• Experience analyzing claims and clinical data for actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint
