Job Summary

To support medical cost management initiatives, the full-time salaried Population Health Associate will perform data-driven analysis, develop executive presentations, and track progress against key initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support medical cost management initiatives through data-driven analysis and performance tracking
• Develop executive-ready presentations and written analyses to communicate insights and recommendations
• Track progress against key initiatives, surfacing risks and opportunities proactively

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, healthcare, population health, or related fields
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience in developing business cases and financial analyses
• Exceptional ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights and recommendations
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholder groups
• Bachelor's degree required
