Population Health Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support various teams within the organization, the full-time remote Population Health Data Analyst will provide analytics focused on Pharmacy Contracting, Value-Based Care, and Managed Care, while managing data requests, developing solutions, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and process Payer documents and construct conceptual data models to support analytical needs
• Develop data documentation and reporting standards, and build visualizations to communicate findings
• Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through tool development and automation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, healthcare research, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience working with data in a structured environment
• Experience in Healthcare, Managed Care, Value-Based Care, or Clinical settings preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools or SQL preferred
