Population Health Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading analysis on Population Health data sets, the full-time remote Population Health Finance Program Manager (Performance Analytics) will focus on program financial performance, working with various stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial forecasting and compliance while supporting value-based care delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and translate performance in full risk arrangements into financial guidance, tracking performance under value-based arrangements
• Analyze claims and contractual data to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, providing insights for decision-making
• Develop trend analysis reports that monitor key performance indicators and assist leadership in implementing performance improvement strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or related field (required)
• 5-10 years of experience in healthcare finance/accounting and analytics
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel functions
• Experience with Medicare CCLFs, Payer Claims files, and value-based care contracting
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Health Informatics, or related discipline (preferred)
