Population Health Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Population Health Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an account manager for the Healthy Merits wellness program and support Meritain's Population Health Management Suite of products and strategy
• Provide program oversight and consultative support for clients, maximizing their Population Health programs while achieving program participation and budgetary goals
• Develop and maintain mutually rewarding working relationships with client contacts, brokers, internal team members, and vendor partners to ensure client retention and PHM product growth

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years industry experience
• Experience with corporate wellness programs or advanced knowledge of the health and wellness industry
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's degree in health-related field preferred)
