Job Summary
Leading analyses to guide strategy and improve health outcomes, the full-time Population Health Senior Analyst will work remotely, collaborating with business leaders to conduct performance assessments and develop predictive tools while mentoring new analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct independent analyses to monitor performance and identify new opportunities
- Lead analytic projects, including vendor partnerships and predictive analytic tool development
- Create reports and dashboards to effectively communicate performance insights to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in economics, math, statistics, health informatics, or data science; master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of data analytics experience with large data sets in clinical, operational, or business contexts
- 3+ years of experience with medical claims data in managed healthcare or insurance operations
- Proficiency in developing dashboards using Tableau and conducting advanced analytics with SAS and SQL
- Experience with quality measures such as HEDIS or CMS measures preferred
