Population Health Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance organizational capacity in population health, the full-time Specialist, Population Health Impact will develop educational materials, manage internal communications, and support Employee Resource Groups while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain impactful learning resources and educational materials for population health
• Lead end-to-end internal communications for the Population Health Impact team, managing the centralized intake process
• Support Employee Resource Groups by providing strategic assistance and guidance for the annual ERG impACT project

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of work experience in healthcare or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Certification in Public Health (CPH) are highly desirable
