Population Health Strategist

Job Summary

To support Vital Incite's mission, the full-time remote Population Health Strategist will oversee and consult on population health objectives for clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing expectations while analyzing healthcare utilization trends and presenting impactful data.

Key responsibilities

• Overseeing and consulting on Population Health objectives for assigned clients
• Identifying results in clients' data to illustrate program impact and trends in healthcare utilization
• Providing in-depth research and recommendations on vendor options related to health and wellness programs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Biology, Biomedical, Health Sciences, or a related medical discipline
• Minimum three years of clinical and managerial experience in a healthcare system or managed care organization
• Experience in designing and managing corporate wellness programs
• Demonstrated ability to run reports independently and manage employer health and wellness programs
• Experience in public health communications and public speaking
