Portal Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portal Control Specialist responsible for processing quote requests and ensuring accurate pricing through a digital pricing engine.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Case and Quote queues while meeting defined SLA
• Understand and resolve Tranzact error codes related to the digital quoting process
• Create quotes for internal and external customers and liaise with various teams for support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of relevant experience
• Minimum of three years in Customer Service or Sales Support experience
• Experience in the Telecom industry is preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business units
