Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portal Control Supervisor to oversee digital quoting activities and lead a team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily queue health and SLA adherence for Case and Quote pipelines
• Contribute to quote creation and validation while supporting team capacity
• Provide direction and performance management for Portal Control Specialists and vendor resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of four years of experience in telecom, sales support, quoting, or order management
• Prior experience leading or mentoring team members preferred
• Working knowledge of Tranzact or comparable quoting platforms strongly preferred
• Experience in SLA-driven, high-volume environments
