Portal Services Representative

Job Summary

Portal Services Representative, a full-time remote position responsible for educating members and providers on web-based insurance portals, handling customer inquiries, and documenting interactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate callers on the benefits of using member and provider insurance portals
• Document call information and resolutions in internal systems while assisting members and providers
• Identify and escalate unresolved issues to management as necessary

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or provider relations
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, and email)
• Ability to meet project timelines and multitask effectively
