Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator who will manage lease administration processes and maintain property documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of documents
  • Conduct audits of Year-End reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
  • Oversee subtenant processes and manage communication with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
