Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator who will manage lease administration processes and maintain property documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of documents
- Conduct audits of Year-End reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
- Oversee subtenant processes and manage communication with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
- Experience in lease administration or property management
