Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator who will manage lease documentation and financial obligations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of property documents
  • Ensure proper document management and oversee the subtenant process, including rent collection

Required Qualifications
