Job Summary
A company is looking for a Portfolio Administration Coordinator who will manage lease documentation and financial obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information and perform quality control audits of property documents
- Ensure proper document management and oversee the subtenant process, including rent collection
- Conduct audits of financial reconciliations and resolve disputes with landlords
Required Qualifications
