Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Administration Coordinator responsible for managing lease administration processes and maintaining critical location data.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information, ensuring proper document management and quality control
- Conduct audits of financial obligations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
- Oversee tenant processes, including rent collection and communication with clients and partners
Required Qualifications
