Job Summary

Supporting a rapidly expanding Portfolio Administration department, the full-time Portfolio Administration Lead will manage complex initiatives, serve as a subject matter expert in fraud and recovery, and facilitate cross-functional projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee newer department initiatives and assist with provider recovery efforts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for fraud, recovery, and portfolio management functions
  • Support reporting development, data validation, and operational improvements across teams
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in portfolio administration, financial operations, or fraud/recovery
  • Demonstrated expertise in provider risk, recovery, and portfolio management
  • Experience in supporting fraud investigations and financial exposure analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in reporting development and data validation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management capabilities
