Portfolio and Grant Analyst

Job Summary

Managing the financial operations of a portfolio of grants and contracts for sponsored research, the full-time remote Portfolio and Grant Analyst will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance while collaborating with Principal Investigators and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, developing budgets and identifying funding issues
• Develop proposals and budgets for grant submissions, ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations
• Manage multiple awards and advise Principal Investigators on financial issues and spending strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Two years of related financial experience required
• Demonstrated application of financial and accounting concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software
• Prior experience with grants and contract administration preferred
