• Provide leadership coaching to social entrepreneurs and board members to enhance their professional development and adaptability
• Serve as a board member, fulfilling fiduciary responsibilities and supporting governance best practices

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial organizations
• Demonstrated commitment to social impact and experience with communities served by nonprofit partners
• Experience advising and supporting CEOs and executives in strategic leadership and operations
• Ability to manage professional relationships and coach talent effectively
• Strong analytical skills and a solutions-driven approach to complex projects
