Portfolio Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To drive delivery excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Portfolio Delivery Manager will oversee complex engagements across Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring successful execution, operational consistency, and strong client relationships while mentoring teams and standardizing delivery practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide oversight across multiple Dynamics programs, ensuring consistent delivery excellence
• Act as the primary point of contact for large accounts, engaging with executive stakeholders to resolve escalations
• Own the health of implementation accounts by tracking KPIs, delivery quality, and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in delivery leadership, program management, or consulting roles within ERP or business applications
• Deep experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE, or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
• Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, or operational workflows within ERP systems
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem and implementation methodologies
• Proven ability to influence decisions and guide stakeholders through complex changes
