Portfolio Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Empowering GTM teams, the full-time remote Portfolio Enablement Manager will lead cross-functional launch readiness, develop engaging learning experiences, and create enablement content to enhance product positioning and drive revenue outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional portfolio launch readiness to equip Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Strategic Accounts teams for pipeline growth and product adoption
• Build engaging learning experiences, including live trainings and modular e-learning, to deepen product knowledge and sharpen field skills
• Create compelling enablement content such as playbooks, battlecards, and demo scripts to enhance differentiation and field confidence

Required qualifications

• Deep experience in B2B SaaS, product enablement, or GTM strategy
• Strong track record of building training, learning pathways, or certification programs
• Familiarity with enablement tools such as Highspot or Clari
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics for evaluating program success
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
