Portfolio Excellence Lead
Job Summary
To support the JMFE Business Unit, the part-time contract Portfolio Excellence Lead will provide portfolio analytics, financial insights, and automation solutions while developing dashboards and visualizations to enhance decision-making processes in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance and financial metrics to develop insights and recommendations for leadership planning and continuous improvement
- Design and build dashboards and visual management tools that improve portfolio visibility and facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual reporting efforts
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in portfolio analysis, financial reporting, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of project portfolio management concepts and financial analysis
- Hands-on experience with dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI or similar platforms
- Proven ability to identify process gaps and implement improvements in portfolio management practices
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear executive narratives
