Portfolio Growth Analyst

Job Summary

To support the growth of the prestige beauty portfolio, the fully remote Portfolio Growth Analyst will analyze e-commerce performance, identify customer behavior patterns, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce performance metrics across brand DTC sites to identify trends and diagnose growth opportunities
• Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends, conducting cohort analysis to understand retention dynamics
• Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks that track key e-commerce KPIs, translating complex data into clear insights for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce analytics, digital growth, or performance marketing analysis
• Strong analytical skills with experience in identifying patterns and translating data into strategic insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Shopify
