Job Summary
Leading a multi-account client portfolio, the full-time Portfolio Lead, Client Engagement will oversee approximately $8-10M in annual fee revenue, ensuring high-quality delivery and client experience while working remotely within the Medical Communications team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage portfolio leadership and governance, establishing consistent operational practices across accounts
- Drive organic growth through key account planning and identifying expansion opportunities within medical communications
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class client experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in client services or medical communications, with a proven track record in managing complex portfolios
- Demonstrated financial and commercial leadership experience
- Experience in leading and developing senior-level Client Engagement teams
- Strong understanding of the life sciences and medical communications landscape
