Job Summary

Leading a multi-account client portfolio, the full-time Portfolio Lead, Client Engagement will oversee approximately $8-10M in annual fee revenue, ensuring client experience and financial performance while working remotely with the Medical Communications team.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage portfolio leadership and governance, establishing consistent ways of working and communicating performance updates to senior leadership
  • Drive account planning and organic growth by leading the Key Account Planning process and identifying opportunities for expanding medical communications offerings
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders while ensuring effective financial and operational leadership across the portfolio
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in client services or medical communications, with a proven track record in leading complex client portfolios
  • Demonstrated financial and commercial leadership experience
  • Experience in developing senior-level Client Engagement team members
  • Strong understanding of the life sciences and medical communications landscape
