Job Summary

Driving engineering excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Portfolio Leader will manage and grow a team of technical AI specialists, overseeing the deployment of Agentforce solutions within complex customer settings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery team capacity planning, talent acquisition, and staffing to ensure effective deployment of Agentforce at enterprise scale
• Serve as the ultimate technical authority, guiding enterprise implementations and addressing complex deployment challenges
• Build strong executive-level relationships within customer portfolios to ensure successful activation and sustained production value of Agentforce solutions

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of direct people management or high-impact technical leadership experience
• Deep architectural understanding of AI, LLMs, and the Salesforce ecosystem, with hands-on experience in enterprise software implementation
• Proven ability to architect or deploy Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform
• Strong background in navigating high-touch customer strategies at a global level, with exceptional executive-level communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving instincts and a proactive "get-things-done" mindset in a technical environment
