Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Portfolio Loan Processor will manage the end-to-end processing of mortgage loans post-origination to funding, ensuring efficient communication and compliance while delivering exceptional service to borrowers and external parties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and professional communication to borrowers and manufactured home retailers regarding process expectations and documentation requirements
• Source and secure critical loan documentation from various parties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
• Collaborate with Underwriters and Loan Officers to clear outstanding conditions and streamline the loan closing process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of Manufactured Housing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Sound knowledge of federal lending compliance laws
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines
