Portfolio Management Associate

Job Summary

Supporting end-to-end portfolio planning and execution, the full-time Senior Associate - Portfolio Management will manage the Enterprise Lean Portfolio Management process, track progress across teams, and develop product portfolio roadmaps while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Lean Portfolio Management process and annual planning activities
• Track and report on BID/Epic and Capability progress in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain GCX Product Portfolio roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities

Required qualifications

• Proficiency in Airtable or similar data/portfolio management tools
• Experience in portfolio, product, or program management within a cross-functional environment
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand systems and platforms
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills focused on actionable insights
