Job Summary
Leading the orchestration of strategic technology initiatives, the hybrid PMO Strategic Projects Lead will manage portfolio governance, drive Agile delivery, and oversee technology integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the project intake, prioritization, and approval process to align initiatives with strategic objectives
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks while managing cross-team dependencies and risks
- Collaborate on technology integrations and migrations, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification required; Agile/scaling certifications strongly preferred
- 4-6+ years in program and portfolio management, including experience in enterprise transformation
- Hands-on delivery experience with web/content, commerce, PIM/DXP, or LMS platforms
- Advanced proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence) and reporting tools like Power BI
