Portfolio Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading the orchestration of strategic technology initiatives, the hybrid PMO Strategic Projects Lead will manage portfolio governance, drive Agile delivery, and oversee technology integrations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project intake, prioritization, and approval process to align initiatives with strategic objectives
• Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks while managing cross-team dependencies and risks
• Collaborate on technology integrations and migrations, ensuring clear communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification required; Agile/scaling certifications strongly preferred
• 4-6+ years in program and portfolio management, including experience in enterprise transformation
• Hands-on delivery experience with web/content, commerce, PIM/DXP, or LMS platforms
• Advanced proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira Cloud, Confluence) and reporting tools like Power BI
