Portfolio Management Lead

Job Summary

Leading the orchestration of strategic technology initiatives, the hybrid PMO Strategic Projects Lead will manage portfolio governance, Agile delivery, and technology integrations while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project intake, prioritization, and approval process, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and scaled frameworks, coordinating across multiple teams and programs
• Collaborate on strategic technology integrations and data migrations, maintaining a program-level view of architecture dependencies and risks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred
• PMP, PgMP, or PfMP certification required
• 4-6+ years in program and portfolio management, with experience in enterprise transformation or technology-platform programs
• Advanced proficiency with the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira Cloud and Confluence
• Strong background in cross-functional governance, executive reporting, and resource management
