Portfolio Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio and Partnership Management Specialist (Home based).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of the Seef Funding Track (SFT) portfolio, ensuring effective implementation and reporting
• Conduct assessments and analysis of program results across the SFT portfolio to identify patterns and lessons learned
• Develop and advance partnerships with Japanese government bodies and other stakeholders to enhance the Fund's visibility and impact

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree (Master's) in Public Administration, International Development, or related fields, or a Bachelor's degree with additional qualifying experience
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio or program management within the UN system or international organizations
• Proven experience in project/program design, management, monitoring, and reporting in international cooperation
• Experience in building collaboration with diverse partners in multicultural settings
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Japanese is an asset
