Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement portfolio governance frameworks to track performance and standardize processes
• Oversee portfolio budgets and resource allocation, ensuring cost efficiency and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading project/portfolio management functions
• Experience in driving automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Familiarity with Customer Success platforms and their impact on customer management
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and processes
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external partnerships effectively
