Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain detailed calendars and communication records for high-level donor interactions
• Draft and coordinate briefings, talking points, and follow-up messages for donor meetings
• Track donor engagement and progress toward goals using Salesforce and internal dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in executive support, development, or donor relations roles
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and experience managing donor records
• Strong collaboration and relationship management skills across internal teams and senior leaders
• Clear understanding of and appreciation for the classical liberal tradition is highly preferred
