Portfolio Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager to evaluate risk and manage loan transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present credit memorandums and make recommendations on loan structures
• Correspond with various departments and stakeholders to gather information for loan origination and management
• Monitor ongoing financial performance and manage risk for existing loans

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of credit underwriting experience, particularly with owner-occupied CRE construction loans
• Ability to assess corporate creditworthiness and create detailed underwriting packages
• Experience in effective risk management and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
