Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day needs of larger business members and act as the primary contact for their portfolio
• Oversee loan processes including originating loans, reviewing applications, and conducting closings
• Educate members on financial products and services while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 years of professional experience in a financial setting, preferably in business relationship management
• Associate's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with analytical and reporting software
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated capability in data analytics and business data analysis
