Job Summary

Ensuring consistent application of portfolio management standards, the full-time Portfolio Manager will implement governance frameworks, maintain accurate portfolio data, and analyze portfolio demand and capacity while working a hybrid schedule from the Cincinnati, OH office.

Key responsibilities

• Implement governance frameworks to drive consistent portfolio management practices across all IT domains
• Maintain accurate portfolio data for executive-level reporting and validate dashboards for investment performance and risk visibility
• Analyze portfolio demand and capacity to identify trends and improvement opportunities while reconciling financial and operational data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management within large-scale IT organizations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Familiarity with portfolio management tools such as Jira, ADO, and ServiceNow
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools like Advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau
