Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of servicing clients, the full-time Portfolio Manager, Arizona Licensed, will oversee client relationships, drive operational excellence, and coordinate servicing operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of servicing clients, investors, and business partners
- Lead servicing oversight activities, including issue resolution, operational escalations, and client-specific initiatives
- Drive implementation of operational improvements and monitor portfolio performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in loan servicing, client management, or related financial services
- Prior experience in a client-facing servicing or portfolio oversight role strongly preferred
- Experience managing or coordinating servicing transfers preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory servicing requirements and operational compliance standards
