Portfolio Manager II
Job Summary
Assisting Strategic Asset Management lenders, the full-time remote Portfolio Manager II will monitor collateral positions and financial performance, manage onboarding of new credit facilities, and maintain documentation while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with write-ups of credit requests and maintain updated loan documentation files
- Manage onboarding of new credit facilities and assist in the preparation of impairment analysis
- Engage in the creation of spreadsheets and reports while maintaining professional relationships with loan officers
Required qualifications
- 4-year business-related college degree with at least 6 hours of accounting and/or relevant experience
- 2+ years of commercial banking experience including credit underwriting
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of credit underwriting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Capital Stream
- Ability to interpret loan contracts, credit reports, and financial statements
