Portfolio Manager II
Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Solar and EV Charging assets, the full-time Portfolio Manager II will ensure optimized performance and compliance by overseeing Field Service Partners, while building strong partnerships to support portfolio growth in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and timely communication with stakeholders
- Manage the lifecycle of work orders and maintain accurate documentation within the Work Order Management System
- Perform system and financial analytics to identify performance issues and recommend resolutions for underperforming assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, renewables, engineering, or a related field
- 8-12 years of direct experience in solar and/or BESS site operations and asset management
- Strong knowledge of safe industrial work practices and commitment to site safety
- Deep understanding of solar assets, OEM warranties, RMAs, and service agreements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working in cross-functional teams
