Portfolio Manager - Sponsor Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager - Sponsor Finance to support underwriting and portfolio management of sponsor-backed credits.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze new credit opportunities and evaluate financial performance and capital structures
• Monitor a portfolio of sponsor-backed credits and identify emerging risks
• Contribute to the build-out of the Sponsor Finance vertical and collaborate with senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Seven or more years of experience in a commercial lending environment
• Experience with credit analysis and portfolio management
• Knowledge of commercial credit and lending concepts, practices, and regulations
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members
