Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager/Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present credit memorandums summarizing transaction fundamentals and credit analysis
• Correspond with various departments and borrowers to obtain and clarify project-related information
• Manage risk and identify business opportunities through active portfolio management and credit analysis

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of five (5) years of credit underwriting experience, particularly with owner-occupied CRE construction loans
• Demonstrated ability to assess corporate creditworthiness and create detailed underwriting packages
• Effective risk management and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
