Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Manager/Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present credit memorandums summarizing transaction fundamentals and credit analysis
• Correspond with borrowers and third parties to clarify project and borrower information
• Manage portfolio by monitoring financial performance, addressing loan modifications, and completing annual reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of credit underwriting experience
• Knowledge of C&I, CRE, SBA 7a and 504 loan products preferred
• Demonstrated ability to assess corporate creditworthiness and risks
• Effective risk management and analytical skills
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and work independently with limited direction
