Portfolio Manager - Unified Communications

Job Summary

Driving planning and execution across a diverse Unified Communications portfolio, the full-time remote Portfolio Manager - Unified Communications will assess feature requests, support governance processes, and coordinate cross-functional dependencies while enhancing delivery effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Assess new feature requests and support portfolio intake and prioritization processes
• Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and facilitate governance forums
• Develop and improve delivery operating models and maintain dashboards for portfolio health

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Management, or related strategic planning roles
• Proven experience managing complex portfolios in SaaS or cloud communications environments
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and roadmap planning frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
