Job Summary

Managing complex franchise relationships, the full-time remote Portfolio Manager - Utah will oversee credit and portfolio management, conduct financial analyses, and support sound credit decisions across various industries including restaurant and retail.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis of borrower and guarantor financial statements and business plans
• Conduct annual credit reviews and monitor loan portfolios for performance trends and compliance
• Prepare credit approval memoranda for internal committees and evaluate franchisee performance metrics

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of commercial credit experience, ideally within franchise finance or middle-market lending
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, ratio analysis, and credit risk evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and SharePoint/OneDrive
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
