Job Summary

A company is looking for a Portfolio Operations Administrator to execute technical implementations and data conversions using enterprise-wide PPM transformation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads complex conversion/integration implementation efforts to deliver specific products
  • Configures Planview modules based on technical and business requirements
  • Develops and maintains technical documentation, including configuration logs and implementation runbooks
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software implementation, system integration, or SaaS deployment
  • Hands-on experience implementing or configuring Planview or similar PPM platforms
  • Strong proficiency with SQL, MS Excel, and Planview analytics/reporting tools
  • Familiarity with resource management, capacity planning, and financial forecasting within a portfolio
