Portfolio Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support a leading financial services institution, the temporary Portfolio Operations Manager will champion Lean-Agile principles, enhance operational efficiency, and collaborate with business and technology partners to optimize value delivery, all while working remotely from Austin, Westlake, Denver, or Phoenix.

Key responsibilities

• Support and operationalize enterprise benefits realization frameworks, ensuring accurate value measurement
• Partner with teams to define value hypotheses, KPIs, and outcome measures aligned with strategic goals
• Execute and continuously improve Lean-Agile portfolio workflows, including demand management and prioritization support

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, PMO, Value Management, or related disciplines
• Proven experience with Lean-Agile practices and portfolio operations
• Experience with leading reporting and analytics tools
• Demonstrated experience in process execution and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical and facilitation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
